Veterinarians
Andrea Neiley
Owner - DVM - Veterinarian
In 1985 Andrea made a decision that would define her future as a veterinarian- she bought a historic farmhouse in Westminster Station, VT that had been an antique shop (and yes the local bank loaned her the money even as an unemployed veterinarian with huge student debt!) With her husband Michael, they transformed it into a solo vet practice in a matter of months. They lived at the property for 6 years, gardening, stripping wallpaper, and transforming the building into the successful practice it is today — all while she remained on call to cover emergencies 24/7.
Today, she employs 4 veterinarians, herself included, and 10 amazing support staff. When you can’t find her at the clinic, most likely she is enjoying a trail walk in the woods with her 3 dogs, skiing in the winter, or spending time in Maine with her daughter Eva and granddaughter Luna Jean. And yes, of course, Luna already loves animals!
Susan Oswald

Megan Peddigree

Dr. Peddigree joined Westminster Animal Hospital in 2011. She grew up outside Philadelphia and moved to Vermont with her husband, a native New Englander, after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. When not at work Dr. Peddigree spends her time trying to keep up with her 3 young children and outdoor adventuring with her black lab, Koti.

Technicians
Ariel Porter
Technician
Ariel has been at the Westminster Animal Hospital since 2008. She joined the team as a sophomore in high school helping out after her school days were done. She graduated from Keuka College in upstate New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organismal Biology in 2014. Since then she has been a full-time technician, dabbling in some office work there as well.
Her world revolves around her 3 dogs, Mercy, her great dane/mastiff mix, Melvin, her lab/pit rescue, and Memphis, her naughty beagle. When she isn’t working you can find her reading, enjoying her family lake house, at travel softball tournaments with her stepdaughter, or relaxing with a margarita.
Jessica Pichette
Technician
Jessica has been a veterinary technician at the Westminster Animal Hospital since 2001. She loves being a vet tech because she thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys helping solve a problem and above all else, she loves animals!
When she is not at work, you can find her on her deck reading, in her garden, taking her dog Juniper for a walk, or watching culinary competition shows. She loves spending time with her children, both human and furry, and visiting the ocean when she can.
Bethe Walker

Brynn Conroy
Technician
Brynn was born and raised on a farm just over the river in NH. She began animal work at Windy Hollow Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant at the beginning of 2020. Thankful for the opportunity she moved to Westminster Animal Hospital in the fall of 2020 where she began work as a Veterinarian Technician. She’s always been passionate about helping animals! Even on her days off, you can find her rescuing or hanging out with creatures of all kinds!
When not at work Brynn enjoys spending time with her pets at home, going on roadtrips, camping, volunteering, and modeling.
Julie Kenyon
Technician
Julie joined the Westminster Animal Hospital in 1993. She loves animals of all shapes and sizes, especially dogs. When she is not at the hospital she is often hiking, snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, haying, or riding her horses. Her farm, a domestic zoo of sorts, is her happy place and keeps her busy when not working!
Deb Rounds
Technician
Deb came to the Westminster Animal Hospital in 2000. She grew up on a farm in upstate New York and lived in New Jersey before moving to Westminster West in 1989. She loves all animals, but is definitely a cat person!
When not working, she gardens, hikes, or just spends time at home reading or playing Myst-type puzzle and mystery games on the computer.
Kelsi Clement
Technician
Kelsi joined the Westminster Animal Hospital in 2017 as a part of her high school’s ELO program. During that time she shadowed and helped out around the clinic until she graduated in 2019. She returned in 2022 as an official employee! Kelsi has loved animals since she was a little girl and has plenty of her own at home.
When she is not working you can find her playing softball or drawing and painting anything from pet portraits to sneaker designs. Her favorite thing to do is hang out with friends, family, her amazing little boy Grayson and of course her pets!
Animal Caregivers
Katelyn Royce
Animal Caregiver
Katelyn joined the Westminster Animal Hospital Team in 2023. She is a senior in high school and her goal is to become a veterinary technician. She has both cats and dogs at home, but she is really obsessed with her cat Percy.
When Katelyn isn’t working, you can find her hanging out with her friends or reading a good book snuggled up with her cats!
Jennifer Moore
Animal Caregiver
Jennifer joined the Westminster Animal Hospital in 2020. During the day she manages a nursing home but has a love for animals big and small so she decided to join our team as an animal caregiver. She’s adopted many cats from the hospital that have been in need of forever homes.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time at the family lake house, hanging out with her animals, or enjoying a good Blue Hawaiian!
Jennifer Anderson
Animal Caregiver
Jen came to work at the Westminster Animal Hospital in 2001. From 2006-2012, she left for medical reasons but was back in the summer of 2012.
Clinic Animals
Perry
Clinic Cat
Perry came into the clinic as a barn cat with an injured leg in 2022. We ended up having to amputate his leg because of the type of injury and how painful it was. Ever since, he has been living his best life! He enjoys his days by lazing about the clinic, watching birds on his window perch, and loving up on all the staff members!
Virgil
Clinic Donkey
Virgil has resided at the animal hospital for about 20 years! He enjoys carrots, apples and visiting with both the clients and patients. You can find him hanging out in the pasture or in his shelter outback if the weather is bad.
He loves to greet everyone by running to the fence when you arrive at the clinic in hopes you brought him a snack!
